The Best Interview

I remember my best interview. I was interviewing to get a promotion.  I knew HR rep she had came to my store and we have talked.  She was always  friendly asking how everything is going.  I would ask about her little girl.  I knew what she like to eat, I make fresh for her... 

So when I went to the office I was proud and walked strong...... I had the attitude that I am a great manager  that moving up the ladder was my next step. AND i wanted to work for them, cause I like the way the trained me and treated me.  I used direct, descriptive, and personal answers.  I said how I felt and how to fix or illustrate  my answers.  Ex. the lady with 6 kids in the car, how she was upset and how I took the opportunity to win her over with calm and speed to lessened  her stress levels.

The key is to not be so nervous and try to show the company I am a great asset to their company.......
