I havn't started todays session yet but I'm still excited to even after all these days. I have made huge leaps and people are even saying how much of a different (better) person I have become. I have had a few breakthroughs in the last 48 hours. I am happy and life seems real again. It is nice to be back. I know I must not taking this feeling for granted or I may slip straight back into the depths I once was in. Things are going good and I can't wait to see what the future has to offer. Positive attitude and treating yourself good is the only way to really live. To my life is a wild journey and if I want to be happy, I must follow all of the paths that make me happy. That's all.

Today is the first day I have logged on in a few months, but I completed this program last Summer and LOVED it! You can use these tools for the rest of your life when times get tough and you find yourself getting down. It's bound to happen but making the right choices will just lead to greater happiness, personal fulfillment and the best life possible. Good to hear how well you are doing and feeling lately. :-)
