I joined TOOLS because:
 I want to live my dream of becoming the best Vietnamese entrepreneur in America.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 President of the United State or some fortune 500 company.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Lion, tiger, and eagle.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 I like the lion because it is strong and ambitions. It strike with the skill to kill. I like the tiger for its energy and mobility, to never give up and to keep on moving and fighting like a tiger. I like the eagle because it has principle, it doesn't kill unless it need too, and it does not kill for fun and it is responsible and it keep to itself.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Dog, a dog that is patient, calm, thoughtful, and smart.
Why:
 Because this basically represent who I am and who I want to be. I am a patient, thoughtful, fair, smart, competitive, and very ambitious.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 A bowel of Thai spicy noodle.
Why:
 It is not the lobster or the most expensive food that makes me happy. It is the feeling of the Thai spicy noodle when there was nobody to help me, and nobody but myself to take care of myself, eating whatever I can afford. This made me happy eating noodle.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
 Mr. Carnegie, Mr. Hill, Mr. Buffett, Mr. Trump. Bruce Lee, Mr. Zukaz, Mr. Dale, Mr. A.G. Lafley.
Why:
 Because I felt I these are the people who I can understand, and these are the people who can understand me. The process a wisdom and intelligent I can understand.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
 I want to go back to Vietnam to the village I grew up as a kid. I want to go there because I want to see where I started in life, and where I am at, and where I am going, and where I will be.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
 I like a combination of topping because it has a variety of good topping.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
 A Budweisher because this is the only beer I am comfortable to drink.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
 I would like to order a cafe latte.
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
 1. Love myself and be confidence with who I am, so that I may have a strong character. 2. Have a billion dollar business and to be able to spend the rest of my life being an entrepreneur. 3. Be a good leader to my family and friends.
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
 I would read think and grow rich, key to positive thinking, and success songs.
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
 Volunteer to help the homeless and the poor.
A sunset I remember:
 Ft Sam Houston, after spending 12 hours studying, I walk across the field to go eat dinner at the DEFAC, the sky was a light blue, wit red sun going down, the cool breeze blowing in my face, and the peacefullness makes me feel happy.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 General Lee during the civil war.
Why:
 Because I feel like we have the same stage of mind. We're compassionate, and yet strong. We fight for what is good, we live base on our values and principles.
