Stressful Job

 My job is very stressful at the moment.  I am the only senior member on my team and I have to train 8 new people on top of doing all my project work.  I cannot seem to get a hold of all this work.  I have spoken to my supervisors and nothing is changing.  However I recently received a raise and promotion to team lead.  Everyday I work I feel overwhelmed.  I try to keep my thoughts positive and do as much as I can at work then go home and not worry about my job.  I am not enjoying this position.  I do not know what to do.

hopefuly the training of the new people goes quick and they catch on fast. You can do it, other wise your bosses would have not put you in that position. Keep your head up!!! best wishes

How permanent is permanent?

Another important thing to remember is that in a sense, all jobs are temp jobs.  I think you will weather this fine, but if you have to move on...there is no shame in it, especially if you don't love it.
