Can't believe that I have finished week 3! I may have been delayed a day or two, but each time I picked up where I left off and finished the work and exercises. i may not have completed every single thing on my checklists each day, but I've mostly everything and I see improvement.
I am on time to work every single day. I have eaten breakfast every single morning (which I always used to skip because I said that I didn't have time to eat before work). I have started a new eating plan from the USDA, which allows me to eat from every food group and monitor my eating habits to be sure they are healthy. I'm eating at least 1-2 pieces of fruit every single day, and vegetables (which I was not doing consistently before).
My attitude is changing for the better, and I'm spending more quality time with my family. Life is good!
