Great Ideas

It was so nice having the support and response from all my Tools friends.  Great ideas too.  I agree that it would be good to meet other men now that I'm on a roll.  The problem has been that I've tried 3 different online dating programs and he was really the only person who responded (or believe me I would have been out there more).

As it turns out, I jumped the gun.  He did write to me today and said that he had a nice time too.  Didn't mention getting together again, but gave me his phone number.  The problem is I really don't want to feel like I'm chasing him.  I did that with my husband and despite being together over 20 years, I was never convinced the feeling was totally mutual.

This all feels like so much effort right now, but since that I've taken the first step, I don't want to slip backward.

Definately don't want all my eggs in one basket, but sure hate putting out all that money for online dating with no responses.

Any other ideas?

according to the rules...

never call them, never email them.

Egad.  I thought I'd stepped back into the 50's, but tis true.  If you contact them , you suddenly become needy in their eyes. If you email them they start being more distant.

My new rule is be unavailable.
