Using the Goal Tracker

I'm a bit confused about how to use the goal tracker.  Are we to write all 20 things to do in the box for each day of the week?  Or do we put one goal in each day?  I'd love to see a sample because I don't think I did it correctly.

Thanks.

says: for now just put the things you like to accomplish like learning something new or going somewhere you'd like to go. trying a new sport. starting a new business, not just something you can finish in one day.

says: The goal tracker is going to be re-designed. For now use it as suggested...how it works to keep you on track. I use mine alot...I make one large goal for the 90 days, then all the weekly steps lead me to that large goal.

Having the same thoughts myself Motivated mum.

I'm just using the bottom orange box and tackling one item I want to look at a day at a time, and going with the law of accumulation that it will all work out in the end.

If I may, this was mine from last week:

Week 1

Day 1 (monday)- look through old keep fit videos, chuck out the ones that I don't like and keep others.

Day 2, (tuesday)- think about what I am having in that sandwich for lunch.

etc

etc

etc

Week 2

Day1 , (monday) - buy new exercise video and set a dedicate time to do it each week.

Day 2, (tuesday) - look for a more healthy filling for my lunch sandwich or try something different.

I'm not sure if it is correct but seems to be having a positive effect on my thinking so shall stick with it unless hear otherwise.

Good luck!

Hello Motivated Mom,

Don't be afraid to experiment what works for you.  There is no such thing as a "correct" goal tracker use.  I pesonally state only my goals, i.e. the things that I want to achieve in 90 days.  The things to do (result of the Rule of 20) I state in my to do list.  But this is only an example of how it CAN work.

Kind regards and success,

Hugo from Brussels
