I like almost anything. I listen to mostly Rock, some metal, punk, and rap. I tend to stay away from "hard-core gangster rap" and some country music.

Books:

Any cook books or food related books. I love Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain. He gives a great look into his life and the life of cooks in general. Bourdain also gives an accurate depiction of the evolution of the culinary field in his life time and isn't afraid to show readers the "dark side" of the culinary world. Other than that i live philosophy books especially ones that tie into pop culture for example The matrix and philosophy: welcome to the desert of the real By William Irwin. I am also a fan of the Harry Potter Series.

Italy, Jamaica, California, Any Beaches and big cities (New York, Philly etc)

I Want To See:

The world. I want to experience as much of the world as possible and learn as much as i can. Especially on a culinary level, i want to learn as much about food around the world as i can.

Skateboarding, Snowboarding, I occasionally play football or volleyball with my friends. Other than that i don't get into organized sports that much.

Action and Horror movies. I am a big fan of the Matrix and GodFather Trilogies. I like almost any movie with Keanu Reeves in it. I also like the Transformer and Terminator movies. But perhaps my favorite movie would have to be The Boondock Saints.

I like Law and Order, Law and Order: SVU, House, South Park, Family Guy and Adult Swim Shows.
