Day 4 and cheers thanks

 Thank you to everyone who gave me a cheer,very much appreaciated and motivational so thank you once again. Its day 4 completed just now and I am eager to keep going but Im really messing up on the morning checklist. It just isnt in my head when I wake up at all so I'm missing a crucial part of the program. So what I've decided to do is having written out the checklist I have to put it in a place where I will see it in the morning,its then up to me to try it out.Cant do much more than that. Peace n joy to you all, Mumski.
