On Week 3,yay!!

Hi all, I am very pleased to say that I have officially now completed 2 weeks and I'm on the start of Week 3! I have learned something very important today-'I dont BELIEVE I can change'. I know that I have a 100% desire to WANT to change but I just simply dont believe I can change and I think that is what could be tripping me up. The positive in this is I have identified it and I can start working on the shift in my thinking.Love you all and peace, joy and good health,Mumski.

Change

I thought I could not change either, but  something clicked in me and I have made a huge turn around. I'm 45 years old set in my ways thought I was who I was. I had a series of events that put me in a very low place with no life in me. I started to do tools and it showed me that nothing is set in stone. I stopped blaming others and looked at myself and realized that I must take responsibilities for me and change is one of them. So look for it, It will come and you will be able to change. Have a great day!  Dave

On Changing . . .

The thought of change is scary sometimes.  We know we don't like where we are but we don't know what's out there.  I always thought changes had to be something BIG but I find I do better if I find something small that I can change.  Small steps at a time that are consistent are easier to swallow and they lead to bigger changes down the line.    Have a great journey through TOOLS!
