Welcome Back!
It is sooo hard to change habits! I ought to know. Especially if you want positive change, especially if you want to be more positive and feel more uplifted. As Coach says, it takes a lot of consistent work. I have a lot of cynic in me, but I try to let the romantic take over so I can visualize the success I want. Finding the right time to log in might make a difference. Sometimes I log in after 10 pm to get pumped for the next day. Have a good day and practice smiling

Im making a new contract with myself now that I'm going to become more involved with the community again and see what everyones getting up to and how they are finding the Tools program,after all we are on the same page and journey so I shall do my best.
