Happy Kind of Tired

One of the statements in Coach Steele's program says something about muscles hurting when training first starts and that this is true when training the mind as well.  I'm discovering just how true that is.

I am in day 2 and as I consider my goals, my mind is racing with all kinds of ideas.  It's all very positive, but since I'm not used to thinking this way, my mind is very tired.  Today, not only did I go through day 2 of the program, but I also started giving things away, researching the local yoga school (going to check it out sometime next week when it's in my budget), and I've started looking up new hairstyles.

The wardrobe thing will be a little more difficult.  After all, I don't exactly have the money to go out and buy new clothes on a frequent basis.  And now that I think about it, I should go through my makeup and clean out the old crap.  Do you know I still have eye shadow from a cosmetic company that I'm not even sure exists anymore?  That stuff has to go!

Anyway, I'll go to bed in about an hour and wake up tomorrow with a brand new day!  Here's to making it count!

I know what you mean...

Clothes have gotten so expensive. But there are still bargans to be had, even if it is a challenge to find them sometimes. In the meantime, taking an extra minute to fix my hair or iron a shirt can really help me to feel and look more presentable.
