Splenda

In the recipes for Day 11 in the body makeover challenge it mentions using "baking Splenda".  Is that different than the kind from the package we sprinkle onto strawberries?

says: Hi News. I believe baking Splenda may be the one that measures cup-for-cup w/ sugar. As in it has the equivalent size and sweetness level. There are two kinds found in the grocery aisle. The one that measures cup-for-cup and the other which is very concentrated.

says: Isn't Splenda bad for you?

says: Yes. Baking Splenda comes in a bulk bag and is "fluffy" compared to the packets. They make it that way so that you can use it more like sugar. I do believe the equation is 1:1, but look on the recipe for exact measurements. Wink Andi
