We did it!

For years my husband would stay behind to work and I would take the children for visits to grandparents and such, but never had we gone on a vacation in 28 years of marriage where my husband was present.  His work offered an incentive program and he qualified for an all-expense paid 10-day cruise in Hawaii but he was going to turn it down because he didn't think he could get away from work.  After much talk, begging and pleading even, and a lot of work to prepare, he finally agreed to go.  Until the plane took off with him in the seat beside me, I was afraid to believe it could really happen.  It did, and if you read my blog, you can tell we had the times of our lives.  I will always be grateful for that experience.  My words of advice are to believe in the possibilities and work for them!  Dreams can come true!!
