I am 38 years old, living in Los Angeles, California. I am a real estate agent and right now my life is not even near what I want to be, mainly financially. Have a lovely and very supportive girlfriend whome I love very much. Planning on marrying her as soon as we have more stable finances.

 

I have great sense of humor and take life very lightly, yet continuously worring about future.

 

I love helping people and seeing others succeed in both career and life.

 

I am a very optimistic person in most cases, however, since I come from success, I am also terrified of failiur and that's my biggest stopper. I am not moving up so I don't fall down again!

 

I know myself to be self motivated and a even a greater motivation to others. However, I find it very difficult nowadays to keep at it. I get things started, but don't tend to finish them.

I need someone to kick my ass back into the right track. I know if I keep at it, I will get it. The problem is I do things for a while and then I give up. It has become an obvious pattern. I don't finish what I start. I get discouraged easily, and mainly because I fear that even if I make it, I will fail sooner or later. This has cost me my business, My career and my sanity! I am slipping into depression, specially in this economy. I need to make $100,000 before the end of the year. I need to stay focused and accountable. PLEASE HELP!

I joined TOOLS because:

 To own my Real Estate Brokerage and Investment Firm. Mainly Commercial Real Estate.
My favorite wild animal is:
 I have several: Dolphins and Eagles.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 Iteresting you ask: Dolphins for ther intelligence and playfullness, and Eagles for their freedom, power and being so majestic!
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 I love Dogs in general, but more specifically I preffer the smaller ones, like Duksons and Pomeranian
Why:
 Dogs for their sense of loyalty and friendship, smaller dogs for their joyfulness and their big bark. It's the size of the fight in a dog that matters!
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 1. Prime aged Ribeye Stake with asparagus and mini carrots with their tails attached, Garlick mashed potato Persian dish: Sultani Kabab (ground beef + filet kabab) with Zafran Rice and Shirazi Salad, and a Persian drink called Doogh. Panang: a Thai dish: roasted curry in coconut cream

A sunset I remember:
 My old house that I sold. It faced west with a magnificent view of the valley. Every evening in the summer, the sun would line up with my windows before hiding behind the mountains, and entire inside of the house would turn orange! We used to sit in the backyard, drink tea or a martini, smoke Hooka (traditional persian pipe with fragrant tobaco), while listening to Vache singing old Italian songs.
