How to Use the Goal Tracker.

 

I need help. I really don't understand the goal tracker I put in a goal to loose ten pounds with a whole series of actions but they were things I would do everyday, or learn to do or, do 4 times a week. But Its set out in a series of daily goals. Then I had big red x's against each one of my goals.  Can anyone explain this a little be more for me of give me a reference so I can study how it works. I am probably making it too difficult again.
