BOOST TO BOOSTI have been off Diabetic drugs for 3 months. I did it by mnaking a decision and then committed to the decision my taking action. I then attracted all I need to make my decision a success.

If you have iTunes, you can convert your cd songs into MP3's. iTunes is a great place to keep your music.

Once there, press in the upper navigation bar iTunes > Preferences. On the pop-up page, press the Importing tab. Next to Import Using click the drop down arrow and select MP3 Encoder. Then press Ok.
In your music folder in iTunes, highlight a song and then click Advanced in the upper navigation bar. Select Convert Selection to MP3.
From your Music area on Tools, click the Browse button and find your MP3 file in your iTunes folder.
