Acting the Part

Hi everyone,

As I near the end of this course the successes seem to come faster and with more impact.

I finished scripting, and decided to take the role I'd developed for work, the character I had decided I wanted to become at work, and the results where amazing.

I felt totally in control of my job, for the first time ever. I felt I had enough time to do everything I had to do even though I was getting ready to go on vacation. I began to build the leadership in my group I couldn't seem to get the handle on before. I started challenging my associate and the productive results really stood out.

The confidence level climbed. I used my name to remind me, if things began to slip, of who I am and just what the heck I was capable off. I pushed my self to act within my character , which was to be more expressive, more open, more inspiring to my co-workers.

The biggest benefit was the opportunity playing my character gave me, cause I could stop and ask my self how would by character play that situation. Once I got that figured out, I could then take a course of action that would be "in Character".

For all of you who don't yet have a clue about what I am talking, all the more reason to keep on trucking throught the course, it just keeps  getting better.
