Feeling the changes

I'm on day twelve. All Ready I am feeling the changes. The change is inside, not completely visible at first. But I feel the change there. I know that I am working many things all at once. I am more aware of what I am doing and how I am doing. But I wanted the share the thing about drinking water. I am a diabetic and I have been having trouble with my first blood sugar test in the morning. It didn't matter how low my reading was before I went to bed, when I got up it would be high. That was until a few days ago when I started drinking more water. Since then my blood sugar has been within range.

Opps I have to go. I forgot to brush my teeth after dinner.

I'm just over here now to check out your achievements when I see this post from Nov. I hope it isn't too late to say WOW! This is so great. For your blood sugar to even out is a big, big deal. I hope you are still seeing this effect and you feel better for it now, too.
