I got up at a decent hr this morning

 Today I got up at a descent hour this morning actually got in the shower and got ready for a new day! Now some may think well so what but, when you live with bipolar disorder everyday is a challange.

I can completely empathize!  I suffer from severe depression and OCD.  Take it one day at a time, and pretty soon, you'll feel like a million bucks!
