One of the things I have learnt in the past 10 years is to define my goals at the start of the year, but, most importantly, share them in the public domain.   When they are made public, you become accountable for them on 31 Dec.   With that in mind, here are a handful of my professional goals for the new year:

• learn how to better facilitate online communities and execute

• learn how to monetize traffic and execute

• learn how to create better content (video, audio, etc..)  and execute.

• become more productive (task management vs time management)

• and be a better person - a better friend, husband, professional, and student

• no creative ideas left behind (not lost in the fog of life) 

• focus on quality creative ideas and extensive application of the 80/20 rule

personal care with a  better work/life balance (P vs PC)
