Commitment

Commitment is new to me in regards to my own life.  Working in the mental health field I committed to help many patients improve their lives as well with my family and friends.  My own life just seemed to happen. My commitment to Tools has changed how I think about myself and how I treat myself.   I had a complete physical and found my cholesterol was way too high, I am pre-diabetic, 51 lbs. over weight and I have COPD. With my Doctors help I have committed to make major changes in regards to my physical wellbeing.    I no longer eat whenever the notion strikes me, but three meals a day and two healthy snacks a day.  To my granddaughters delight I am now a vegetarian.  I walk 30 minutes a day.  My quit day for cigarettes is April 1. With these major changes I can use all the support I can get.

Of course my number one goal continues to be to complete Tools one day at a time.

Fantastic! It's all good... No. Great!!!

I want to grow up to be you.  I work at these things, but I think I'm walking several steps behind you.

As folks used to say in Alberta when I was much younger: fan-f**king-tastic!!!

I agree! Yep, I'm impressed.  Keep up the great work!

Good For YOU!

Sounds like you are really on the right track!

I can't wait to hear how quit day works for you.
