Getting rid of guilt...

I have run on guilt for years, so this is a hard one for me, or I should say in the past it has been a hard one.

The guilt trap with Tools is I am on day 29 and only on day 17, because of the guilt of not doing it daily I have stayed away.

What I have realized is that some of the days have taken more then one day for me to accept and do.

The solution to this is to be honest with myself.  Am I taking an extra day or two to really understand the lesson or am I letting guilt in its many forms cause me to not move forward.

The excuse I have been using for not reading and following the checklist is I can't get my printer to work.  The solution is to ge the printer to work and if I am not able to I will write it long hand.

Until next time...
