BOOST TO BOOST

i am JaJaon and my son w autism at his younger years now has aspergers and is in college 2nd year well year and half because 1st semester he had to withdraw all-he has had his troubles but now he is lacking in friends except for a cult group which is not a good situation-when my son was 6 the school helped me by sending me to courses on autism than later to autism conference where i met other families-ask your school about those- i remember my son would spit out medicine and in church would be very active and i was always saying to others who looked on in stores etc that he had autism because he would do weird things-actually that's why he has no friends in college because he still does weird things and i really want his social learning to continue but i don't think they do those things at college-my son helped teach songs in vacation bible school and the pastor thought jason might be good at that so i wrote a college worker for a christian college on that subject and the person said that my son probably wouldn't be hired to do that-i'm not sure if my son would be hired to do anything-only God knows-right now i'm praying and following God's leading to talk to my son about getting out of the cult but i don't have money to pay an intervention person-actually if you want to help others take your child to an autism conference with the help of the school who will pay for it and help other families as they help you-God be with you.

Right now, I'm a stay at home mom.  I have a 6 1/2 year old son with Autism.  My husband is a junior high teacher and football coach.  At the moment, I feel like my identity is pretty much that I'm my son's mother and my husband's wife.  I'm really trying at this point to find who I am apart from them so I can be a better mom and wife to them.

I joined TOOLS because:
I'm tired of the direction my life has been taken. I'm tired of feeling like I'll never accomplish anything; that the way things are are how they will always be.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
Ideally, I would be doing Autism Awareness work, helping other families with children with ASD, and in my spare time, writing the next best selling novel.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Shih Tzus
Why:
I love the little balls of fur. I think they are incredibly smart and easily taught.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
Depends on who the chef is and what his expertise is. I wouldn't want to ask a French chef to make me a hamburger. :)
Why:
I would want Bobby Flay to make me a steak, since he seems to be an expert at it. I would love for Mike Simon to make me something, but I'm not sure what. I would love to watch Morimoto cook, but depending on what it was, I honestly don't know if I'd try it. And I would LOVE to try something made by Gordon Ramsey, cause I think he's the BOMB. :)
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
Europe. I would love to start at the Tigris and Euphrates and somewhat trace the evolution of humanity. I'd also want to go to the UK.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
Either a Margarita or a Mai Tai. I'm very partial to boat drinks.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
 plain black Folgers coffee.
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
Financial security for my family now and financial security for my son later, wisdom to not just use that security for myself but to also benefit other people, wisdom to know the exactly right things to do for my son to help him continue to be the awesome person he's growing into
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
Eagles Greatest Hits, Kid Rock, Elton John
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
some little kindness to let them know someone was thinking of them, that would make their day better, and make me feel good for helping them.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 none
Why:
My son has autims, and if I had the choice to be anybody, or at least to look inside someone else's mind, it would be his. I want to know how he see things, how he understands the world. And, the selfish part of me would like to see how he is able to look at me, warts and all, and still love me the way he does.
