Well the weight is coming off slowly, which is what I am looking for.

I started out at 275 back in April 2006, but thanks to medications shot up to 293 pounds which totally miffed me to say the least.

Have since then managed to get down to 277, but its only been in the past 6 weeks that the weight has really started to come off. From July 2006 to Feb 2007 I was stuck at 286, then went down to 283 where I stayed for a good month then joined a local gym and shortly after that the weight started coming off at a fair rate.

I'm also down 26 inches in my core, but 32 inches all over. I've also got about 30% body fat according to the health professionals both at the gym and hospital .. not my ideal, but its getting close to it. My goal for body fat is 20%, though I would settle for 25% is that was the best that I'd be able to get down to, but 20% is still my ultamite goal.

My goal weight is 220 pounds, though if I could get to 180 pounds that is what I am use to feel was my ideal weight, but both the gym and medical personal say that 220 is more relistic with my body fat deal going on. My goal is to be at my "goal weight" by 2010. Which to me is plenty long enough to get there and be able to maintain my weight once I get there.

Well post more as time does pass, take care

Nyx
