The Ship Is In!

How many times have you heard that saying 'I'm waiting for my ship to come in'?  Well, today, my daughter who teaches in Nunavut wrote to me by e-mail, "My ship is in, Mom!"  and she truly meant it.  It is a very big event when the ship comes in as it does this very rarely.  She didn't believe that she was going to have many students in attendance today.  As for me, I'm still waiting for 'my ship to come in'.

My Ship

You make me smile You make me smile

Think I'll paddle out to my ship!

Ship of Dreams

I'm impressed she is up there and I'm curious how it goes. It's been a goal of mine to go up north CN since the early 90's when I read some novels about it. But I hear it's full of global warming "tourists" of late, and is changing due to global warming. All so interesting and of concern. Anyway, good for her! She sounds like a neat person.

There is a support group for Canadians and those interested in CN, so stop by sometime.

Wishing you a Ship of Dreams...

keep watching for that ship
