At breakfast this AM, my 4 year old said, "I want you to art with me."

 

I like that.

 

"Art" as a verb.

I art with you

I love that! I wonder why art isn't a verb? I write with you. I create with you. I dance with you. I skate, run, draw, throw, tackle and paint with you. But I don't art with you.

Accidental poetry

I know.  I love the accidental poetry that comes out of my kids mouths every now and then.

 

Once when I was driving in the snow, my older son (at the time he was 5) said, "The snow is really coming down, like there is a fire at snow's house and he's trying to get out."
