says: My answer is to be aware of not only toxic environments but toxic people. It is no shame to set boundaries and really good example to others if done properly. The idea is "fool me once, shame on me...fool me twice shame on you" ..you put the ball in their corner...and if it's too hot...it's there problem...also might I add that on the other foot....you need to forgive to move forward. Takes time and practice but it can be done.

I haven't seen one yet (but I'm only on day 34). I would love to see a discussion on this as well. How do we deal with the people around us who feel like black holes that suck the life out of everyone around them? :)
