says: My answer is to be aware of not only toxic environments but toxic people. It is no shame to set boundaries and really good example to others if done properly. The idea is "fool me once, shame on me...fool me twice shame on you" ..you put the ball in their corner...and if it's too hot...it's there problem...also might I add that on the other foot....you need to forgive to move forward. Takes time and practice but it can be done.
