baby steps brutha!
take it one day at a time! i was impatient, to a point that it effected my relationships, and i still am but thru this program, ive been able to discover in myself that i can control it, let things go, and enjoy the smaller things in life. it was all within, i just was lucky enough to find Tools to help me discover it!
just have faith in yourself and know that you are gonna get thru this and gain something out of this!
