Day 2, finally!

 It took me almost a week to get back online to go to Day 2 and I discovered that I had not clicked the Finish button so I couldn't get on for another 16 hours!  Well, tonight I came home from a sweat lodge feeling quite relaxed and jumped on to do Day 2.  Done!  And I must say, I really like that hand clapping and saying the words out loud in the morning.  i always thought I was a positive person in the mornings, but I never said it out loud; I always just thought it to myself.  Often I smiled in the mirror; but it is so much better to clap and say it out loud.
