Back from vacation

I've been on vacation in the mountains of Mexico for 8 days.  I must admit I didn't do the hand clapping every morning, but I did about half the mornings, and the other mornings I thought it!  I think it is making a difference in my day, so I don't want to lose that.

Obviously I haven't had access to a computer for awhile, and I DO want to get on this site and do the work at least once a week.  Daily is far too frequent for me, but I'm going for weekly.

I have one big "hold-back" in my turning problems into opportunities.  It's money.  I don't know --yet-- how to accomplish an income in my current situation.  I'm quite depressed about it.  I'm letting it color almost everything in my life.  I do ok for a few days or even a week or two, then I fall to it again, especially around bill-paying time.

your vacation sounds fantastic. As for money, I believe if you stick with Tools, and work on attitude, changing the brain, and getting those new networks flowing, you'll be able to make a plan and make it happen. First things first? And...weekly? You don't have fifteen minutes a day for the first week? Only because I think it would pretty tough to make a real change doing 15 minutes a week.

I agree...

Hiya

Welcome back from your holiday! I hope you had a relaxing and refreshing time! Smile

I agree with Wordbird.

You say, "Daily is far too frequent for me...". The question I'd ask on the back of that statement is, "How badly do you want to change your current situation, with regards to money or anything else in your life that isn't exactly the way you'd like it to be?"

Because if you won't make time every day to work on yourself and develop the tools and self-discipline you need to do things differently, which in turn will lead to different and better results in your life, then it would seem as if you're actually not as dissatisfied with your current situation as you say.

That may sound harsh, though it's said in love.

If you want a different reality, you have to start doing things differently. And maybe for you that's committing to doing something every day for 90 days. Let's face it, would you prefer to change your money situation in 90 days or 2 years? Because if you only do TOOLS once a week, that's how long it will take!

Think about what you really, really want...

Then GO FOR IT!
