Day 4, Back at it!

Whoa, I've missed this program!  I went on holiday and took my laptop for nearly 2 months.  I forgot my login as it is memorized on my computer at home, so I couldn't get on the entire time I was away.  It's great to be back.

My holiday was a bit of a retreat and I did a lot of resting and renewing.  I returned home with a great attitude and started '08 with a hoot and a holler.

I'm into my fitness program at home now, feeling better and more flexible than last year with health problems.  Also doing a vision program to improve my eyesight.  I did this program (it's a video exercise program) about 5 years ago and it really worked.  Took about a year but my eyes improved from 5.25 to 2.75.  If you don't know anything about diopters, that's huge.  Then I stopped working at it and my eyes relaxed into the old nearsightedness again over the years.  I'm not nearly that bad now, so want to catch it fast.   The exercises are fun and I can see results every few days.

The way the eye results "went away" seems like a parallel to this coaching program.  I can work really hard and steady at achieving whatever, but if I don't keep it up, the results will go away again.  I certainly have seen this time and again in my life.  With various excuses ofhealth problems and money etc, I've let my life lag for months and even years; then had a lot of trouble picking myself back up by the bootstraps and getting onboard again.  That's not fun!
