Almost didn't do this tonight.  I've been in terrible pain all day today, and sitting is excrutiating.  Tore my kneww.  Ouch!  But I didn't want to not do this, so here I am.

 

Sure would like some more folks in my support network?  I've asked about 4 that haven't responded in 2 weeks....

 

I'm off to the pain pills and the ice packs.
