Week 5

Well, I've made it thru another week! I've been struggling with my temper the last couple of days but I am more aware of my attitude and I'm trying to control it. When I slip, I make a change inside me and don't let the temper linger long. That's a good start for me! :)

says: Good for You! I know how hard it can be to shrug off that pesky, irritating button-pusher! But awareness is the first step.  I think the second step is to be aware of how long it took you to get over your anger.  Eventually, one should notice it really didn't take long to get over, ergo, anger should disappear as a reaction, or at least, be very fleeting.  PS: I'm still working on my attitude, too! Practicing awareness!
