Just a note, I've been feeling a lot better lately. And yes, I'm having the guts to say that.

 

I'm doing a lot of things in many areas of my life, going to the gym, practicing instruments, etc. I'm letting myself go more, working on my three goals. "There was a stillness about him.." (lord of the flies).
