going back to day one

I think that going back to review from day 1 will get me back on track . I see changes in my thinking and doing , a more clear path to the person I want to be . Boy do I wish there was more hours in a day. Cool

Me too!!

I was thinking about reviewing day 1 as well.  only my 2nd day, can't wait for day 3.

You gotta do what you gotta do

I truly think that either way it is about just absorbing the messages a bit at a time.

I know the coach set it up to be progressive, but some kids run before they walk!

Just do a bit of some day, any day and you will take out some good stuff.

If you really want to "catch Up" just do the checklist religiously (I dare You) and that should get you back on track pretty fast.

Have a great day, Angie
