keeping track huh? slipping minds aye?
me too!
so i came up with a fool proof plan!
how coincidental!
break it up.
you wake up in bed. there is a wake up routine, write only that out on some nice paper and stick it on your forehead when you go to sleep (or on your bed's forehead).
then you're off to the bathroom for that splash of water... write out that scenario to stick on your bathroom mirror; i stickytaped the entire page to keep it from water in the beginning, but as you need to add to it i found this was not ideal.
same thing every step of the way. even post it notes will do, but they have to be eye catching for you. use stickers maybe or if you are without a woman in your life, perhaps a lovely lady taped beside it with a speech bubble advising you what you need to do?(if you have a lady skip that, it's not nice to her, even if she says it's okay, it's not.)
one long list is often hard to wrap a head around.
bite sizes are what add up the power of positive accumulation.
Any list you may make, like a meal, make it digestible and have it set where it's best set.
Use the fork!
(Ouch! Bit too cheesy even for me!)
Good journey. You'll do it.
