I think to try and drink more water, you could try swapping some drinks to water in the day, and make sure you don't dehydrate. When you start feeling thirsty, you've already gone without liquid longer than you should. So long as you are drinking enough, even if it's not always water, is better than none. Just swap a few coffees / Coke's to water, it will cleanse your system and be better for you.
And as for the peeing at night thing, just trail off the drinks towards the end of the evening, and take sips of water only if you feel thirsty before bed.
Good Luck!
says: I think it is a good idea to try it... I adjusted to the water... but had to try to get the water in at the beginning of the day and taper off so I would be able to sleep.
says: its not that iam hungry just don't need to drink that much some days
says: Drinking anything constitutes hydrating your body, but we are after all mostly water and salt! You may think you are hungry when what your body wants is moisture. I know it is sometimes hard, it is for me, but so many things that are healthier for us can take a bit to get used to. Try it for a solid week and see if you feel better.
