at work I sit in a chair all day is there somthing I can do ..... seems like a waste of 8 hours, my abs thank you

says: I'm no expert but I've heard that contracting the muscles and holding them tight for thirty seconds and releasing for 10 then repeating is a good thing to do for people who can't do crunches. Maybe give it a try, maybe not.
