I think his later book, Putting First Things First (or something like that) is a little more practical than 7 habits.
I am a big fan of The Art of Getting Things Done by David Allen - but if you are already pretty organized, this may be a too remedial for you.

I liked this book but found it a little to deep.
I read the 7 habits for highly effective teens and I got the point much faster.
I also like the following books:-
The monk who sold his ferrari
Eat that frog
How full is your bucket
Enjoy the Covey book - he makes lots of good points.
