No complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I have lots to blog about and share today.  I am a big believer in NO COMPLAINTS.  I was a habitual complainer.  Always the victim.  It never was MY fault.  This was something that I really started working on about a year ago.  One of the things that I did was get myself a complaint bracelet. 

 

They can be bought at the Complaint Free World website.  Basically, if I catch myself complaining I switch the bracelet to the other arm.  This, of course, is paired with, the same things that were discussed in this week's lesson.  I can either accept "it" or work to change "it."   I've been having pretty good success with this, because it's a visual reminder and it generates discussion, especially with the kids at the Preschool.  They ask, ALOT, about why I wear a purple bracelet.   

 

The other resource I'd like to share is The Positivity Blog.  I don't recall if I shared this one or not, but it's a blog that I subscribe too and enjoy reading.
