Money and my relationship with it.

Okay--so one of the things that I've really started to realize while working through tools is that I have a rotten relationship with money.  It doesn't seem to matter how much I make, I seem to always spend more than I make.  As I go through the personal assessment tool every week, my financial questions are always rating low.

Now, this is something I've really known for awhile, but it's something that I only seem to do something about when it is affecting me right at that second.   So--I've basically been turning a blind eye to my relationship with money.

I am ready to tackle my relationship with money and really assess it.  I'm ready to change it and take control over my finances.

One step that I'm taking to do is this setting up a blog to help me share what's working for me (including tools!) with others.

Thank you, Tools, for helping me begin to take control of this issue!!!!

Hi Rachels

Thank you for sharing here, your post will no doubt help so many other people who want to  work on just the same thing.

I am on day 35, and I just wanted to encourage you that tools covers off ALL this kind of stuff. All the things you want to work on, tools will help you with. It is amazing.

Since my time here, I have ticked off goals I never thought I would, like quitting smoking, losing weight, getting my finances in better shape, joining a gym. You have a lot to look forward to :-) I wish you the very best of luck.

PS: There are wonderful people here on this iste who may be working on other things but may be fab with money management, they will give you great advice if you ask for it so don't be shy.

Rachael,

I completely understand what you are going through. I have the same "opportunity" to learn about how money works. I don't know if you've heard of the Transforming Debt into Wealth program offered by John Cummuta (just stay up late one night and you'll see the infomercial). Anyway, I bought this program and it works great. If you are interested, I can email you the materials that I received (no charge). Just send me an email to dfox5285@yahoo.com and I'll get them to you ASAP.

This in no way is a solicitation and you're email address will not be given out. I just want to pass on some helpful info to others that are in need of help like me.
