says: This is a tough one.  In the end it has to be both.  I avoid black tea and herbal.  Green tea is solid without the drawbacks from the other teas.

says: You're right. Coffee is highly acidic. I like mine with lots of cream. Yum!

Since I learned that most of Coffee has high acidity, I stop drinking coffee. Once in awhile, I drink latte with very good espresso beans, which have much less acidity.

 

 

I love herbal tea. Japanese tea, Chinese teas, and fruity herbal team cold brewed by alkaline water.
