Personal Interests:

Music:

I like the old 70's, 80's, 90's classic rock, and metal music. I like some blues, a little jazz, and can tolerate some country tunes, but I am not really into country or rap.

Books:

I'm in the process of reading a novel by Kaye Gibbons called Ellen Foster. I don't normally read a lot; but I want to start reading more often.

Favorite Places:

I love to be in the mountains; smelling the fresh air & taking in all of the beautiful scenery. I love to sit by the river or a lake, because it brings so much serenity. My parents home or anywhere where I can spend time with them.

I Want To See:

I would love to travel across the states to the see areas I haven't been to. I have online friends that live all over the place that I would enjoy meeting. I have also wanted to go to Germany, Italy, and Ireland.

Hobbies:

I like to sew, and cook, mess with photoshop pictures, do art type projects. I like messing with my fish tanks, I have two large ones with an Oscar that is big enough to fry :O; and agressive fish in my other tank.

Activities:

I like river rafting & walking my dogs. I love aqua jogging, and swimming but I have not done either in so long partly because my swimsuit no longer fits.

Sports:

I'm not really into the sports scene much. I like to play frisbee, and used to play basketball every so often.

Movies:

I like love stories like the "Notebook" they pull at my heart. Dark or sarcastic types of movies, comedies. One of my favorite movies is "What Dreams May Come". I like the message that true love can survive anything even death. "Needful Things" was another movie that caught my interest because it dealt with the nature of people and the greed that is in the world. I like movies that make me think such as "The Butterfly Effect". I guess I just really like movies that have a message, and are not just fluff.

TV:

I don't watch much tv anymore but I used to like to watch "The 70's Show", "Arrested Development", "My name is Earl", "Desperate Housewives", and just recently I have been watching "The Dog Whisperer"...mostly because Cesar Milan is my hero. He has an amazing way with dogs; and I wish he would help me tame my unruly beasts :).

Heroes:

My heroes are the people I support every day in my job. My parents for all that Me & My sisters have put them through. My sister who is fighting MS; and losing the battle. The strength she has is amazing & it is sad to me the tribulations she has been through.

I Want To Meet:

Myself; and get to know who I really am. My job and past relationships have influenced the person I am; and I really want to be my own person.
