Not being successful

Well, the total days in this program for me are 80, but my progress is Day 32.  So, roughly I have been present on Tools only 1/4 of the days in this program.  It's frustrating to me that I have the tools to work with but choose not to use them.  I have definitely hit that bump in the road that coach speaks of....it's more like a mountain than a bump.  I definitely need to get over that mountain & move forward.  I know I was feeling much better when I was checking in on a daily basis.

Mountain climbing

Look at your Accomplishments and progress instead of focusing on where you are disappointed. Give yourself credit where credit is due.

Some people NEVER make it through day 1 much rather over 30 days. Ok so you belonged to tools more than twice that long so what... the point is YOU ARE progressing still.. What progress or even small changes have you made in your life or thinking etc. so far? Just think how much MORE later on at the end of the program regardless of how long it takes you.

Climbing a hill is nice, but reaching the summit of your mountain.... WOW LOOK AT THE VIEW OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE FROM THERE!

Learn from any mistakes and everything is more than OK.

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going JUST think of it as ONLY 1 step, 1 day, at a time.

Relax and Enjoy

It takes what it takes and some people need a little more time than others.  Don't be so hard on yourself.  You are still here and frankly finishing is good but it's the process that is best.
