My breakthroughs...

Yay!  I have made it 14 days Cool.  I am pretty excited today.  I am accomplishing more in two weeks than I probably have in the last 5 years.

One of my goals is to lose weight (it actually has been for most of my life)...I've had the goal a long time. I have not done the things I need to do to reach my goal.  To get to this goal, I have made small goals of drinking 90 oz of water a day, exercising at least 3x a week, and watching my portion sizes.  I'm not 100%, one hundred percent of the time, but I have a 5# loss this week, so I am really happy, and it is motivating me to go do some exercise once I log out.

Getting my house in order is another goal.  I work a lot of hours so I have made the excuse that I am too tired to do this or that.  I am finding they are truly excuses.  It's amazing the things you accumulate.  WOW!  Day by day I am getting a grip on it.

I wanted to Thank Amy & Puja for your encouragement this past week.  You both have helped me have success.  I love the support this site yields, everyone here is awesome!

Ok off to exercise Innocent
