 It's a very dominant and regal animal.

 A cat.
Why:
 I have a 7-year old cat named Abe. He's like the child I never had.

 A steak, well-done.
Why:
 Of all the things I could eat, a steak comes to mind first as something I'd want if a chef was preparing it.

 James Hetfield, Tiger Woods, George Clooney, my maternal grandfather, my wife.
Why:
 James Hetfield, b/c he's the reason I started playing guitar seriously when I was 13 years old. Tiger Woods, b/c no one has ever been more dominant at their craft than him and I'd love to know what that's like. George Clooney, b/c he's so awesome. My grandfather, b/c I never got to meet him, and I've heard some stories about him that make me wish he was still around. And my wife, b/c if I got to meet all these people I'd want her there to share it with me.
