Ah, so Week 1 is done!! Took about 2. Realized there's a bit of slacking going on, especially when the weekend starts to roll around. Need to work on that.
But another cool Milestone I thought was pretty cool... I've gone 5 days without a single puff of a ciggerette. I honestly thought it was going to be a lot worse than this. I've smoked a pack a day for like 5 years now?!? Figured the cravings would be a lot worse, but I had a pretty simple technique. I talked to myself, and affirmed that this was the decision I had made, and when a craving would come along simply tell myself my mind was stronger than nicotine cravings. Sounds kinda dumb, but it seems to work (either that or people have blown quitting way out of proportion about its difficulty).
Anyway, Week 1 is now, done, need to take a day to review I think. Been slacking need to reintroduce myself to a couple lessons I've seemed to have issues with.
