1st Week!

I have finished my first week.  I don't know why I love this program but I do.  I think I like the responses I get from others the best.  I've already brushed my teeth three times today.

My biggest problem is still not going to bed at a reasonable hour.   Why do I engage in self-destructive behavior?

There's one other huge issue in my life, a relationship issue that I'm not ready to make public, but otherwise, things are good.

Bed Time

Good point about bed time Robert.  For most of my life I have been a night owl, staying up until all hours working on a project, sculpting, molding, writing, or what have you.

TTL has really helped me to monitor this.  I find that now the rule is get good regular sleep and sometimes there is the exception.  The bed time thing will come in time, and yes there will be exceptions.  It is empowering to have that regime though.
